Parking:

DO NOT park on the double yellow lines

DO NOT park on the  grass around the staff car park

DO NOT park on Oxford Rd at the bottom of the school

Additional parking

This can be found only a few hundred yards away.  If people would like to drop their passengers off, further parking can be found on Marsden Hall Road and the postcode for this is BB9 9PA. 

 

It’s a lovely long, wide open road which borders a park and the school uses it for their coaches to collect and also drop students back off after trips.  Once people have been dropped off if drivers then go back to the end of Oxford Road and turn left onto Walton Lane and go up the hill, you come to a mini roundabout where you turn right, you are actually on the road to be able to park.  If you then walk back down the Walton Lane towards school, the school will have opened the gates at the end of the astroturf so you don’t then have to walk all the way around it to be able to enter the school car park.

 The car park has capacity for about 100 cars.  If further parking is required, Oxford Road can be used but we would like to specify single carriageway parking and obviously, not on the double yellow lines.  Zig zag lines may be parked on as there will be no school buses running on this day.  Further parking around the back will also be available for organisers only as space is limited.  If this car park is used, you will just need to walk towards the building and then round the front. 

No parking is allowed on any of the grassed areas.
